The first is simple: correctly pick the winner for an upcoming fight to score points. Score additional points for guessing the fight's end time and ending details. The second is a fantasy wager system, where you build a fantasy bankroll by placing fantasy bets on upcoming fights. Both the top 10 point scores and top 10 fantasy bankrolls are rewarded at the end of the MMA Playground fight season. MMAWeekly.com on Wednesday learned that Affliction Entertainment has entered into a formal partnership with M-1 Global to promote mixed martial arts events around the globe.
The two entities had already been working together, but had no formal arrangement.

Lindland-Sobral In Works for Affliction 2 (sherdog.com)
A bout between Olympic wrestling silver medalist Matt Lindland and Renato "Babalu" Sobral are one of a few fresh bouts proposed for Affliction Entertainment’s return engagement to the Honda Center in Anaheim, Calif., on Jan. 24.

YOSHIYUKI YOSHIDA STILL EYES KOSCHECK FIGHT (mmaweekly.com)
Yoshida's manager, Shu Hirata, confirmed to MMAWeekly.com that his fighter will still compete on the Dec. 10 UFC Fight for the Troops card, possibly still against Koscheck.
There has also been speculation that Diego Sanchez may take up the spot against Yoshida in the main event for the UFC Fight for the Troops show.

Cantwell May Face Al-Hussan At UFC Fights For The Troops (mmajunkie.com)
Although he's been without an opponent since original December foe Brian Stann withdrew from their next fight due to injury, WEC Light Heavyweight Champion Steve Cantwell may now have an opponent for UFC Fights For The Troops. Razak Al-Hussan has accepted the fight, now it's up to Cantwell.
