I'm nearly 40, married with 5 kids, i work in the security industry. I'm 5 foot 10, 210 pounds (95.5kilos).
I used to compete in Taekwon Do in my youth and won a few competition, i have also studied Karate (Wado Ryu) Judo, kick boxing and more recently BJJ.
I boxed when i was in the Army (14 - 2) at regimental level, i'm a little too old to start competing now but i do still train a couple or 3 times a week it helps me keep fit for my job and my kids. |
