the tumor is what makes them grow so much , i saw this on a documentary of the tallest man alive, it creates more growth hormones than needed, and makes them grow to much,

Does he have a tumor as well does he? I know Silva had one and got it removed recently, do all these giants get tumors or something?

Now that Hong Man Choi has some money, he should get the benign tumor growing on his pituitary gland taken care of.
