Conor McGregor (13-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC), who recently won a "Knockout of the Night" award in his promotional debut at UFC on FUEL TV 9, wants the fight with fellow lightweight Al Iaquinta (5-2-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC).
The Ultimate Fighter 17 marathon kicks off today at 11 a.m. ET on FUEL TV

Ahead of this weekend's The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale event, FUEL TV today airs a 13-hour marathon of "The Ultimate Fighter 17" that includes all 12 episodes of the series, which first aired on FX.
The two-hour debut episode kicks off the marathon at 11 a.m. ET. The marathon runs continuously throughout the day and wraps up at midnight with the conclusion of the 12th episode.

Instead of eight-fighter tournaments like it has done throughout its run, Bellator this summer will put on three four-man tourneys. The promotion announced the plans on Wednesday, though it has not yet announced dates, locations or participants in the tournament events, which will air on Spike TV.
As MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com) previously reported, the tournaments will take place in the heavyweight, light heavyweight and bantamweight divisions.

According to a report from Ariel Helwani on Tuesday's (April 9, 2013) edition of "UFC Tonight" on FUEL TV, the Stockton, Calif., native has enlisted the management services of Mike Kogan, who heads Real Talk Entertainment, representing notable names such as UFC heavyweight Roy Nelson and former Strikeforce light heavyweight champion Muhammed Lawal, among others.
Even though The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 5 winner has found new MMA management, Diaz will still train under Gracie alongside the likes of his brother Nick Diaz, former Strikeforce lightweight champion Gilbert Melendez, former UFC welterweight title challenger Jake Shields and the rest of the tight crew.
UFC 160 loses Gunnar Nelson to injury; Story steps in

Former UFC champ Pat Miletich considering U.S. Senate run
(mmajunkie.com) Pat Miletich, a former UFC champion who turned to broadcasting after his MMA retirement in 2008, is reportedly considering a run for the U.S. Senate.
Miletich discussed the possibility with the Quad-City Times.
"A lot of people are fed up with a lot of things that are happening in the country," he told the newspaper. "I'm not a fan of the left, socialist mentality at all."
Twelve-bout TUF 17 Finale lineup set, includes Casey-Samman, Andrews-Quinlan
(mmajunkie.com) With the taped content for "The Ultimate Fighter 17" now in the books, the promotion has released the evening's 12-bout lineup. Among the additions are semifinalists Josh Samman (9-2 MMA, 0-0 UFC) and Dylan Andrews (15-4 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who meet Kevin Casey (5-2 MMA, 0-0 uFC) and Jimmy Quinlan (3-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), respectively.
The Ultimate Fighter 17 Finale takes place Saturday at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Events Center. The evening's main card, featuring a Urijah Faber vs. Scott Jorgensen headliner and Kelvin Gastelum vs. Uriah Hall TUF 17 championship fight, airs on FX.
Both of those fights take place one the FUEL TV-broadcast preliminary card.
Additional fights involving "TUF 17" cast members include Robert "Bubba" McDaniel (20-6 MMA, 0-0 UFC) vs. Gilbert Smith (5-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) on the night's FX-aired main card, as well as Luke Barnatt (5-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC) vs. Collin Hart (4-1-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC), and Clint Hester (7-3 MMA, 0-0 UFC) vs. "TUF 16" contestant Bristol Marunde (12-7 MMA, 0-0 UFC), who makes his official UFC debut.
