Originally booked to meet Gabrielle Holloway at the Bellator 182 card in Verona, N.Y., on Aug. 25, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu ace will now take on Amanda Bell. The promotion announced the change on Monday.

This week, the UFC signed two Japanese talents who will make their debuts at UFC Fight Night, inside the legendary Saitama Super Arena on September 23.
After Syuri Kondo, Daichi Abe signed a deal with the promotion and will face South Korean fighter, Hyun Gyu Lim.
With no fears, Abe spoke with MMA Plus and revealed his goals, motivation and his big dream of fighting in the UFC.
“I started Judo at eight-years-old and competed until high school, I became National Judo Champion when I was in third grade of high school. Then I started to compete in kickboxing and become J-Network Champ.”
A pair of bouts have been added to the UFC 215 lineup, as Rafael dos Anjos will face Neil Magny at welterweight and Mitch Clarke will meet Alex White at 155 pounds.
The Las Vegas-based promotion announced the bouts on Tuesday evening. UFC 215 takes place at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on Sept. 9 and is headlined by a flyweight title bout between Demetrious Johnson and Ray Borg.
After a couple of minor changes were announced Wednesday, the Professional Fighting League’s second event is set with 11 fights.
Washington’s Zach Conn and Jared Torgeson are stepping in on short-notice to accept bouts on the preliminary portion of the PFL’s upcoming show, which takes place at the Xfinity Arena in Everett, Wash., on Saturday.
Invicta FC 25 has a full card now to back up a pair of headlining title bouts.
On Wednesday, the promotion announced seven new bouts for their Aug. 31 card, which was already set to feature Yana Kunitskaya and Raquel Pa’aluhi battling for the vacant bantamweight championship in the main event, and Livia Renata Souza and Jodie Esquibel squaring off for a vacant strawweight title in the co-main.
Of note, Alexa Conners (3-1) meets undefeated German fighter fighter Katharina Lehner (5-0) in a bantamweight contest, while strawweight Sharon Jacobson (3-1) looks for her third straight Invicta win when she meets newcomer Kali Robbins (4-0).

A significant welterweight bout between Paul Daley and Lorenz Larkin is the latest addition to September’s Bellator 183 lineup.
Bellator officials today confirmed the bout to MMAjunkie following an initial report from The Telegraph.
Bellator 183 takes place at SAP Center in San Jose, Calif. The card airs on Spike following prelims streamed on MMAjunkie, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized.
The UFC may soon mark an interesting duel between two former Brazilian challengers to the weight belt. Through her Instagram account, Claudinha Gadelha commented that she would like to face Jessica Bate-Estaca, who would also be interested in the duel.
"I read today that Jessica Andrade is willing to fight me. I'm waiting for the UFC's response to my next opponent since I came down from the octagon in the last fight and no one has come so far. A slew of new fights have been scheduled for UFC Fight Night 116, promotion officials announced Saturday.
The most high-profile matchup added to the event is a middleweight matchup between Krzysztof Jotko and Uriah Hall, which could serve as the co-main event.
In the main event of UFC on Fox from his hometown of Long Island, NY, Weidman shook off a first-round knockdown to secure a third-round submission win over the red-hot Kelvin Gastelum. The victory snapped Weidman's three-fight losing streak and puts him back into a favorable position in the UFC middleweight rankings.

The pen fights between Nick Hein and Zabit Magomedsharipov were added to UFC Fight Night 115 in the Netherlands.
Hein will go down to 66 kilograms to welcome one of the most talented Dagestan players, Zabita Magomedsharipova.
Immediately after defeating Yoel Romero at UFC 213, now UFC interim middleweight champion Robert Whittaker said he had injured his knee in training, and reinjured it early in the fight. Romero landed a thunderous low kick, and UFC commentator Joe Rogan immediately noticed something was wrong. When the Aussie returned to his corner after Round 1 he said, “My left knee’s f***ed.” He lost Round 1, and lost Round 2, too, but came back to win three straight and the title.
Former UFC women’s featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie will take on Marion Reneau at bantamweight.
With Germaine de Randamie no longer the UFC women’s featherweight champion, her next fight will be back at bantamweight. UFC officials announced on Thursday that GdR is set to face Marion Reneau at UFC Fight Night: Rotterdam in the Netherlands on Saturday, September 2nd.
As debuts of heavily hyped MMA prospects go, they don’t get much worse than Aaron Pico.
The good news, though, is that the 20-year-old Bellator lightweight will have a chance to make up for it sooner than later.
Bellator President Scott Coker told ESPN today that Pico (0-1 MMA, 0-1 BMMA) has been tabbed to fight on the main card of Bellator 183, which takes place Sept. 23 at SAP Center in San Jose, Calif., and airs on Spike. An opponent for Pico is still in the process of being finalized.
One fighter’s loss is another’s gain as Peruvian featherweight Humberto Bandenay will get a crack at the UFC.
UFC officials recently announced that Bandenay (13-4 MMA, 0-0 UFC) will step in for Chris Gruetzemacher (13-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) and face Martin Bravo (11-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC at UFC Fight Night 114 on Aug. 5 at Mexico City Arena. The night’s official bout order has yet to be revealed, but the card airs on FS1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass.
A light heavyweight matchup between Legacy FC and LFA veteran Ryan Spann and undefeated prospect Karl Roberson tops the bill for next week’s Dana White’s Contender Series 3.
UFC officials recently revealed the five-fight lineup, which takes place July 25 at The Ultimate Fighter Gym in Las Vegas and streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
Spann (10-4) was victorious in his most recent outing, scoring a 20-second submission win over Roman Pizzolato at a World Fighting Championships event in Louisiana. Meanwhile, Roberson (4-0) is undefeated in the first four fights of his career, though he endured nearly two years off between his first two wins in 2015 and his most recent two, which came in April and May of this year.
Bellator MMA CEO Scott Coker had high expectations for Bellator NYC, the promotion’s second attempt at pay-per-view television, and the first under his watch. The promotion reported that their first attempt in 2014 did just over 100,000 buys.
“This is not something we’re going to go in and out of,” said Coker three weeks before the event, to Brett Okamoto for ESPN.com. “This is something we’re committed to. The company is committed to doing PPV fights.”
The world of MMA is full of strange moments.
On Wednesday, at ACB 64 in Antalya, Turkey, bantamweight fighter Nashkho Galaev was choked out unconscious by his opponent Denis Mutsnek in the first round of the fight. However, the fight didn’t end there, as Galaev somehow regained consciousness during the bout and came back to knock out his opponent with a brutal knee in the second round. With this victory, Galaev is now on a five-fight win streak, and was able to improve his record to 6-3.

On Tuesday evening, another 10 up-and-coming fighters looking to make their way into the UFC competed in the second edition of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series in Las Vegas. Last week, two fighters were awarded UFC contracts but this week only one fighter is walking away as a new addition to the UFC: Sean O’Malley.
European promotion Absolute Championship Berkut (ACB) has confirmed that English rivals, Luke Barnatt and Scott Askham will face off in the main event of their September 23 show at the Sheffield Arena.
Barnatt vs. Askham will mark the promotion’s second show in Sheffield, following on from ACB 65 which set to take place on July 22 at Sheffield Arena’s Steel Hall. The Steel Hall is designed to house around 4,500, whereas the main arena can hold up to 13,600.
