Cowboy and The King to meet at UFC 178
The hardest working man in the mixed martial arts business, lightweight contender Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone, has his fourth fight of 2014 set, as he has verbally agreed to face off with fellow 155-pound standout Bobby "King" Green in the co-main event of UFC 178 in Las Vegas on September 27.
Green's original opponent for the MGM Grand Garden Arena card, Jorge Masvidal, will now face James Krause on the same card.
Ross Pearson Delays Wedding For UFC Fight Night
Ross Pearson has an extra incentive to beat Gray Maynard when they face off at the UFC Fight Night on Sunday, 17 August - he is getting married next month.
The Sunderland-born UFC lightweight will wed fiancée Kristie-Jane McKeon on the Australian Gold Coast in September but for now the focus is on the fight, not the wedding.
"She's out in Australia at the moment organising it all," Pearson told BBC Sport.

Jackson: Jones Injured By Training With Overeem
Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Jon Jones suffered a leg injury serious enough to bounce him from the UFC 178 pay-per-view (PPV) main event, scheduled for Sept. 27, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a result, his 205-pound title defense against Daniel Cormier will be shifted to UFC 182 in early 2015.
