Tom Watson tells Wanderlei Silva to 'stay on your supplements at 205' or drop to 185 'and get knocked the f**k out'
Wanderlei Silva's knockout win over Brian Stann will stand out as both one of the best fights of 2013 and one of the best moments of 2013. But, as is standard in the UFC, it didn't take long for potential opponents to come out of the woodwork and begin to call out the man riding a high. In this case it was Tom Watson who took to his Twitter account with the following: Tom Kong Watson ? @TomKongWatson Yo @wandfc, stay on your supplements at 205, or come back to 185 and get knocked the fuck out. You decide? Obrigado @ufc & @danawhite. 2:10 PM - 03 Mar 13

Diego Sanchez Misses Weight for UFC on Fuel TV 8 Fight, Will Pay Penalty
Diego Sanchez is trying to fulfill a dream of fighting in Japan. Despite missing weight at Friday’s UFC on Fuel TV 8: Silva vs. Stann weigh-ins, it looks like he’ll still be able to fulfill that dream, he’ll just do so for a little less compensation than he had originally planned. Sanchez missed weight by two pounds on his initial weigh-in. He tipped the scale at 158 pounds. The allowance for a lightweight non-title fight is 156 pounds.

Dan Henderson would consider a superfight at heavyweight
This past weekend, at UFC 157, we were treated to the debut of women's MMA in the UFC. The card was solid overall, but featured a couple fights that were disappointing, to say the least. Among those was the highly anticipated bout between Lyoto Machida and Dan Henderson, which ended up being an unfortunate bust. I'd consider fighting anybody. As long as I didn't have to cut too much weight, I'd pretty much fight anybody. I just want to get back in there as soon as possible. I hated the long layoff. I want to fight any one of the top 5 guys and I know I'm capable of beating them. That'll keep me right up in there. I'll take any one of them. I could sit here and bitch (about the Machida fight), but it doesn't help anything. I just want to be active and give the fans what they should have seen the other night. I wasn't planning on retiring anyway after 1 or 2 fights. I plan on being there for a couple of more years, at least. I want to get back in there and fight as soon as I can and stay active this year and next year for sure. After seeing the Fedor fight, I'd be interested in seeing how Dan fared against a Pat Barry or a Daniel Cormier. Truth be told, I'm interested, as many of you probably are, in seeing Henderson fight anybody. One thing is sure, as long as he's still competing, I'll still be watching.

Somewhere between Anderson Silva and Jon Fitch, Yushin Okami looks to impress
By his own admission, Yushin Okami is still quite a few wins away from another shot at the UFC's middleweight belt. So with a wrestling-first fighting style that hasn't always proved overly crowd-pleasing, could Okami be in danger of becoming the middleweight division's Jon Fitch?

For UFC On FUEL TV 8'S Brian Stann, It’s About Making Peace With The Fear
Say you're a UFC fighter lurking somewhere beneath the top ranks of your division, but well above the Facebook prelim zone of near total anonymity. Say you're a known fighter, even a popular fighter, and you can feel pretty confident that the UFC brass isn't watching your fights with a Sharpie in hand, ready to draw a big black line through your name the moment you slip up.

Frozen birthday cake a reminder of Stefan Struve's UFC on FUEL TV 8 sacrifices
Generally speaking, one of the benefits at fighting at heavyweight is the ability to enjoy an in-camp cheat meal every now and then. For 7-foot-tall Stefan Struve that's not the case. He didn't even get to enjoy a slice of his own birthday cake.
