CES June 12 AXS TV Card Filling Up Fast
Rhode Island’s CES MMA returns to the Twin River Casino & on AXS TV June 12 in Lincoln, RI. The card is quickly filling up, and will be headlined by a Welterweight Title defense. The main event pits Champion Chuck O’Neil defending his title for a second time against Ohio native Dominique Steele. O’Neil is coming off that amazing 11 second KO over Manny Walo in January. He is on a 4 fight win streak, with three finishes. Steele, a veteran of both Strikeforce & Bellator, has won 6 of 7 bouts. Two of those victories include big show vets Ryan Thomas & Dan Hornbuckle. O’Neil recently made a foray into professional wrestling in a match against teammate Eric Spicely. Spicely will also be on the card, the undefeated submission ace takes a big step up in competition as he takes on the #1 ranked middleweight Harley Beekman. Bellator Vet ‘Frodo’ Khasbulaev Joins WSOF Roster, Meets Rick Glenn On June 5
After more than a two-year hiatus, Magomedrasul Khasbulaev will return to active competition at WSOF 21. Promotion officials announced on Wednesday that the Dagestani known as “Frodo” will face former featherweight titlist Rick Glenn on the June 5 card, which takes place at the Edmonton Expo Centre in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

UFC on FOX 16 in Chicago gets lightweight bout with Danny Castillo vs. Rustam Khabilov
Another lightweight tilt has made its way onto the latest UFC on FOX card to hit Chicago. Danny Castillo (17-8 MMA, 7-5 UFC) is set to take on Rustam Khabilov (17-3 MMA, 3-2 UFC) this July in the Windy City. UFC officials announced the fight today. Matt Brown vs. Tim Means added to UFC 189
UFC 189 continues to grow with the announcement of a welterweight fight between Matt Brown (19-13 MMA, 12-7 UFC) and Tim Means (24-6-1 MMA, 6-3 UFC). Update: Bellator injunction reversed, Rampage Jackson vs. Fabio Maldonado back on for UFC 186
A court-ordered injunction was supposed to keep Quinton Jackson off of UFC 186 this Saturday. Today, Rampage says he's fighting Fabio Maldonado this weekend as planned.

'WSOF 22: Palhares vs. Shields' set for Aug. 1 in Las Vegas
