Jones landed more head kicks on Gustafsson then I think I have ever seen landed in one fight.

No doubt his foot is Fawked

Didn't the medical report say he had no broken bones?

If anyone throws and lands as many kicks as jones did, one or a couple are eventually going to catch with the end of the foot on an elbow or hard part of the body and cause damage to the foot... Just how it goes when your trying to kick someone as hard as you can over and over again...

I'm sure the foot hurts like a mofo! Even hitting a heavy bag/thai bag with the foot will tenderize the hell out of it. Not broken, but shred the meat in the foot and you won't be dancing around much either way.

shouldn't he be using his shin? I guess sense his legs are so thin theres a high chance he might beak it. If he keeps this up he has always had a hard time walking after longer fights because he always lands with his foot. HE might not be able to walk when his career is over.

Yes, you're supposed to hit with the bottom of the shin, but considering the length of his leg, it's hard to line up.

Any proof of this yet or is it an excuse for Jones' getting exposed? Guys like Bones who are so athleticism dependent start to decline as early as 25.

Getting exposed by winning? I think you need to go back to the drawing board with that one. If anything we are seeing an unreal evolution in gus' tdd and ground game considering davis subbed him out and now the champ who is most dominant on the ground couldn't get him or keep him there.

I would be surprised if something in that foot wasn't broken with the number of times he connected...and landing with the foot instead of the shin could once again be a testament to how good gus is, always being just out of the danger zone (LANA!).

No broken foot but severly bruised probably with all the head kicks

Wonder if he'll get plates put in. Then he'd be even scarier.
