The fight really taught us nothing we didn't already know except he can finish fights quick.
We won't learn more about him until he's on his back against a grappler or is holding a championship.

Knocking people out in UCCMMA and Bellator is like chalk and cheese, people will start to pay attention to him now. I think he will be in the next WW tournament.

I know what your saying but the level of opponent was the almost the same.
UCMMA, 0-0 and 0-4
SFL, 4-0
Bellator, 4-3.

People will pay attention to him but I think the level of opponent was identical to before, and his opponent wasn't a Bellator Veteran, he was also making his Bellator debut. So it wasn't really a new tier of opponent it was the same opponent different promotion. I think he's on the same level as he was before, it's not chalk and cheese yet. Same players different pitch.

Those are also his only 4 pro fights. Why would you want feed him to guys like WW Clementi, Lima, Zaromskis, Cyborg, Sakurai, Hornbuckle or some other seasoned vet right off the bat? I highly doubt he's a Jason Reinhardt, but now that he has a name with some highlight KOs and in a top promotion, the competition will get tougher.

I don't like him as a person but I do enjoy his dynamic striking, I'm okay with the in fight showboating because I think it helps his fighting style, it's what he does after these finishes against these absolute scrubs. That's like knocking your little brother the fuck out and declaring yourself the man of the house....well at some point your dad is going to come home. His style is like a combination of Silva and Machida defensively and his kicks have the potential for greatness, but he needs to start fighting decent journeyman to get better at the other aspects.

His striking looks crazy good. My brother and I where talking "How would he do against a strong grappler"? Never seen him on the ground. If he gets a ground game to complement his striking, I think he will be very dangerous.

Overall I was impressed. I was not impressed on how many times he kept sticking his tongue out after the fight.

I take that back. I just watched his armbar video. I didn't see it the first time.

Honestly, I'm going to wait until he fights some tougher competition to get excited about him. He was being set up to win last night. Props to him for finishing the fight in 10 seconds but that punch isn't going to drop most guys in the division.

Take this into consideration though. The guy that got armbarred is 0-2 as an amateur and 0-5 as a pro. He was finished in all 7 fights in the first round, including 4 of his 5 pro fights by submission. The 1:43 he lasted with Page is the longest he has fought (survived) to date.

Not impressed as of yet. It looks like he could pull a Corey Hill, if somebody checked one of his leg kicks.

I'd like to see him take a decent punch, and see how he fairs of his back against a wrestler, or solid bjj guy.

What you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in the playground is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no props, and may the mods have mercy on your soul.

Anyone know why he was credited with a KO last night, instead of a TKO?

I had the same thought. And no matter how many times they showed the replay of that t/ko in Bellator fight i kept shaking my head in disbelief...it really seemed like a glancing blow to me...not a punch that would typically have been big enough to cause a "flash" ko.

Creatine levels look a little low.
