Posted 4/7/07 6:25:00PM Performify here, back from UFC 71 with some pretty decent news to share from the UFC 71 post-fight press conference. Dana White opened the press conference by reporting that UFC 71 was a sellout with a crowd of 14,728 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena paying a gate of $4.3 million. This made it the second-biggest gate in UFC history, behind last December’s UFC 66 (Liddell vs. Ortiz II) which drew $5.1 million. He reported that the UFC knew they had a big event on their hands when “we had over 3000 people at the weigh ins.” LINK |

Posted 2/5/07 11:28:00PM Well, I posted something for another news post here by mistake, so I'll edit this to say how great it would be to see Fedor in there against Couture and Gonzaga. I wonder if Chuck would ever get his proposed match against Fedor. |

Posted 5/20/07 9:46:00PM I think that Fedor beating GG or Couture will solidify him as a legend. And i believe even if he loses he will still be a legend in MMA |
