I wasn't paying close enough attention to argue against the decision, but I can easily tell you that just saying "he ran" is not a valid argument. If he landed more strikes it really doesn't matter how he did it. If you're going to argue for Gray, you should be making some kind of argument about how he out-struck or out-pointed Guida, not just saying "Guida ran" or "That was embarrassing". That isn't a valid method for scoring a fight.
well the bottom line to me is a plan like Guida just did will lose MMA fans and never get new ones and that is a fact....

Fight stats for Fisher v Stout
As I suspected the striking was almost even in every round with Stout having a takedown in each (2 in the 3rd) to swing the fight in his favor.
Only the first 4 rounds are up for the Maynard/Guida fight and while Guida landed more in rds 1 and 2, Maynard landed more in rds 3 and 4.

New rule, every fight has to come out Wandy style to start the fight, windmill style.
I mean, if you didn't like it you could stop watching it. Not like you paid 45$ for it. Was anyone really expecting this to be a good fight?
I just find it amusing at the people being Gray Maynard's about it.

Just goes to show the need for better defined judging criteria

its not fact because there is absolutely no data to back it up

Way to go to the furthest extreme.
Just because almost every person who watched that fight didn't like it doesn't mean we all want to see something as ridiculous as that.
Guida is free to use whatever strategy he wants and all the criticism he takes for it is absolutely warranted

I thought Ebersole had been fighting at 155, but guess not. He looked small for WW tonight. He says might move down to LW.
I knew he fought Lytle at 170, Hallman moved down, but I guess that was after the Ebersole fight and sometimes I think Claude Patrick looks like a 55er.
