Posted 9/30/09 9:33:00PM ive talked to some high level grapplers that have said that its not that un common to recover from an arm lock like that. i think its probably more relient on the individual's arm and whether it can recover or not. tate is lucky, ronda is a badass. |

Posted 6/7/10 4:11:00PM Is it just me or does Miesha seem tougher than her boyfriend Caraway? Didn't make one pained face after having her arm torqued the wrong way and broken and the rumor is she broke something in high school wrestling and still continued. |
