Mike Dolce Diet?   [View Full Version]
Biggz » Posted 9/2/07 1:09:00PM

I have heard a lot about this guys nutrition and diet quite a bit lately. Alves seems to think it worked great for him. A lot of other fighters have been using him too. I know he has a book out but i have not got it.

I was just wondering if anyone knows really what makes it so special, and what are the basics of it and if anyone has tried it?

it sounds like eating natural (not necessarily organic) Natural meaning that he suggests eating food, not food product. Avoid processed items. Make meals from scratch.

Hey guys!

I'm new to this forum but am stoked to be a part of it.

Figured I might as well make my first post on a thread with my name on it, right!?

Feel free to ask me any questions and I will do my best to answer them.

All the best,
Mike Dolce
