There's a fantastic lightweight match-up brewing between up-and-coming division prospects Joe Lauzon and George Sotiropoulos, as the Ultimate Fighter (TUF) veterans are currently in talks to throw down at the upcoming UFC 123 pay-per-view on Nov. 20 in Auburn Hills, MI.

Joe Silva what are you doing to me, two of my favs going at it. I'm torn!
As great as I think Lauzon is, I really think Sotiropoulos is just the better fighter.
Joe could derail George's chances at the title fight. Both are great fighters and I like them both but I think Joe's gonna catch him and KO him.
Joe is a good fighter but I think people's opinions of him are inflated after his last fight, which wasn't over a high quality opponent.
He's going to get crushed IMO.

George is definitely the more complete fighter, and should be the favorite. However, Lauzon in the first round is a demon and he may just catch Sotiro with something vicious.

Sotiropolis via lots of laying but no praying. He is not better in the standup and honestly is probably not the better wrestler but his tenacity will get Lauzon to the ground. Lauzon will not get back up.
