I agree. I'm surprised to hear so many people saying that Toney would beat Kimbo easily. Kimbo has shown some takedown ability (which is what I imagine would be the ideal tool against Toney) and he did already beat a boxer when he submitted Ray Mercer. |

Posted 6/22/07 2:16:00PM I think you guys are blinded by his mouth and are not giving him enough credit. If you think He cant smash other strikers just because he's old you've got another thing coming. He would KO Chuck there is no doubt in my mind and I love Chuck. Leg kicks might work if he's not prepared for MMA however if he is then he'll be a very dangerous fighter and for the record I think he would put half the fighters you guys are saying he should be "fed" to in coma's. To whoever said they dont think he can last one five minute round striking you make me laugh at the pure lack of thought in that comment. I dont like what he's said and I would find just as much satisfaction in seeing him get his azz handed to him as the next guy but Toney's striking skills are no joke, if he comes in with a serious mindset and some defense training not very many fighters have the skill to beat him striking nor should they even try, put him on his back and sub him or you just might find yourself in Tim Sylvia shoes and thems some embarrassing shoes to have to walk around in. |

Posted 3/20/10 5:09:00PM Out of the list you gave, the obvious choice is Kimbo. This would be a cash cow of a fight, especially if it is on Free TV. Hard thing to imagine, at least for me, is that this is a fight that Kimbo can win, and win convincingly. |
