Well lets get the first step out of the way--you have got to get your fighters out of the Cozad gyms. I've noticed almost all your fighters are at a Cozad gym.

Never train below 80% energy level--as energy effects how fast you train.

Make sure the coaches at the gym are elite--and make sure that some are double elite for specific skills as some gym owners still don't seem to understand that they're only hald as effective as they should be...example...striking defense the coach needs muay thai and boxing--sub defense and offense--the coach needs BJJ and wrestling to be 100% effective etc.

As far as sparring, the best thing you can do is network with other people...like say you find someone in your gym who's a great boxer, and you're a brown belt--I say hey Joe how about you give me some boxing sparring and I'll give you some BJJ--ideally look for empty spots on the sparring schedule so you're not mixing with people that could be good--but may also be bad. Although if you're useless at a discipline, just about anyone sparring with you in that discipline is going to be pretty effective for you.

This is just my prefference, but I like to make guys that can help each other...maybe I have two brown belts..so I spar them together when I find an empty sparring spot so it's just me and the other guy...or maybe I have a really good muay thai guy and I trade back and forth with my good sub grappler--a little give and take you know.

Says the guy who's in the top 50 managers in the game without training in any quality gyms.

I'll be coming to you for advice on sliders, clearly you're a master when it comes to fights.

Just went VIP. Not starting a company, mostly just wanted the scout and tycoon assistant. Got the three month to see how much a difference there is between the two.

The difference is massive. Well worth paying for.

And now you can manage 10 fighters also.

Site is up again. Thanks for the invite. I guess Tycoon was having server issues last night into this morning.

I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I can NOT get my guys to improve for the life of me.

My BJJ guy has been training Boxing for a while now and is still "Abysmal" or "Woeful"...I can't remember which.

The same with my Boxing guy...he's training wrestling (I think? can't check it here) and is still Feeble.

If they are in Montreal PM Wolfenstein to get into his gym.

Once you get in there, let me know when you're sparring and I'll add some guys to help you pop...atleast in Boxing.

Those skills are improved by sparring with other fighters, and their partners' skills are the important variable. Two "Abysmal" boxers won't really benefit from sparring with each other, for instance.
