In what could be a sleeper nominee for Fight of the Night, MMAWeekly.com has confirmed with sources close to Pete “Drago” Sell that he will be making his Ultimate Fighting Championship return on March 7 against Matt Brown at UFC 96 in Columbus, Ohio.

Interesting matchup. I think it'll be FOTN material. Matt Brown takes it though. On the feet or the ground.

This definitly has fight of the night potential written all over it.
In the standup, its pretty close to even....pete sell utilizes great boxing technique, has decent power, good footwork and combos, but his head movement is poor.....brown has good boxing and incorporates more kicks into his arsenal, all in all pretty accurate striker but technique wise he is the lesser of the two, but equals that out with a power advantage and a tougher beard...wrestling, pretty equal seeing how neither really excells in this department....on the ground, i would definitly give it to pete sell, he's very dangerous there, unfortunatly he loves to stand and bang so we dont get to see too much of it...brown is no slouch tho......its a tough one to call, but i think ww is a perfect home for sell so i would be betting that he wins by submission or split decision....if brown does win tho, i'd say it goes by way of ko or split decision...but my money is on sell
This is an exciting match up.....Should be a good standup war.....I like both these guys, but i think i will be rooting for Sell the guy has had bad luck in the Octagon......

I'm taking "The Immortal" in this one. Very evenly matched but I'm always taking the guy with the bad ass beard.

Matt Brown all day. Sell has serious trouble getting wins in the UFC.
I'll use a little MMA math with this one. Chris Liguori defeated Matt Brown, and Pete Sell has defeated Chris not once, but twice. Also Pete just defeated Josh Burkman, and I think Burkman would dominate Brown.
The standup is pretty even, but I think Pete has a big grappling advantage. I've picked against Matt Brown everytime, because I just don't think he's that talented. He's definetely been burning me a lot but I'm going to continue picking against him until I'm proven right, or I finally change my mind on him. Pete Sell via RNC round 2.
Pete Sell is a really good fighter and doesn't get near the credit he should. The guy just a string of bad luck in the cage. I think Sell takes this unless his curse of winning the fight and then getting caught happens again.
