That was good. "Reality" TV is not real. We all know it, this is not a new idea.
How ironic it is that the UFC's slogan is "As real as it gets", and that you see it emblazoned on the walls of the TUF training facility.
(And how ironic it is that Goldberg kept saying last night during the Fight For The Troops broadcast that this (meaning the fights) is not real, that what the troops do is real.)

What an ignorant statement. Compared with getting burned, limbs blown off, or shrapnel through your head from an IED....no it's not real. What the UFC is does is entertainment.
Interesting. Even though Dana wanted the show 'to be about the fights,' it looks like they are moving in the opposite direction.
I definitely respect Mir, but I do remember when he looked like a punk on the show just because he lost to Nog in the soccer match.

I like Frank he seems like a good guy. I agree with alot of the things he was saying.
The show should be about a fighter's talent and heart, not about his ignorance.
Then nobody would watch except the hardcore mma fans.
I am so glad to see this because i knew thats how they all felt.you could tell during the season.never really thought about the shows input on all the gags b4.U watch so u think its real.Even though u know its all hyped up u still think there is more truth then lies.which is usually not the case.Ps look at survivor and shows like idol.its even worse.at least u cant fake being kod or cut or tapped!!

good interview. i THINk frank saved face with a lot of fans, at least with me. I liked him going into the show but he looked like a jerk a couple times. Its nice to see why he was that way. Its hard to care when you can't make any real decisions.
I absolutely agree with Frank and I also believe he is going to win his fight. Junie is a punk but he is young enough to turn his life around and hopefully he does.
