Same with Matt Aroyo does anybody know why?
They've fought in UFC before, or still do. They've each had at least one fight in UFC since TUF 7.
Really I thought they were both cut? Mainly Rude Boy
He won his fight at the TUF 7 Finale, I thought he was supposed to have one more fight since. Might've had to drop out due to injury though, can't remember.
Arroyo will face dan cramer at ufc 94(im not sure)

Arroyo and Troy both won their TUF 7 finale fights. Arroyo had a fight after that against Matt Brown (which he lost). Troy hasnt lost, but hasnt fought since the finale either. They are probably taking time to improve before they get back in.
i dont know about you guys, but i thought that troy's jab KO was pretty nice

I think that TUF 7 had the worst talent of any season.

BJ Penn beat Frankie Edgar more times than Benson Henderson beat Frankie Edgar.
He hasnt fought in forever. He might just be reffin now. I know he reffed alot on my Rumble on the Rock box set. and he was pretty unfair in the ronald Jhun (sp) vs frank Trigg fight. Trigg was goin for a sub (kimura or RNC i think, cant remember) and Rude boy stood them up. But it doesnt suprise me since Jhun is hawaiian

I disagree; season 3 minus Bisbing or season 6 minus Mac Danzig are the worst group of fighters by far!!!
This guy wasn't a force on the show and i dont think he'll be back anytime soon.

Also I would say Hamil and to a MUCH lesser extent Ed Herman were good
