That's a google ad. I just checked and my school and the other main MMA school isn't even on there with no ability to add.

I train at Slyx Fitness in Greensburg Pa. Its a MMA gym but we also do kickboxing comp and sub Grappling.

In Medina, Ohio ; there is a gym called Nutter MMA. www.nuttermma.com It is a wrestling based MMA gym that has produced 10 ammy's and 3 Pro's. Great skills taught and crazy cardio. Directions on website.

Anyone in the Northern VA area please feel free to stop by my school in Woodbridge, VA. I am the main instructor at the Yamasaki Academy of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (yes, as in Mario Yamasaki the referee) in Woodbridge, I welcome anyone to come check us out.

There's a really cool site that I was told about that has good information via their articles and blog. It's called Punch Bags online. GOod training stuff. I purchased one of their training guides for like $20 on Martial Arts and Self-Defence, it was really good. Link is: punch bags
