When asking for advice, please take into account that there are a lot of variables with training. To better help the people here give you decent advice based on your situation, please be sure to give as much information as possible regarding your question.
Does this question regard grappling/striking in MMA, sub grappling, wrestling, kickboxing or something else? Answers differ depending on what style of fighting you engage in, so be sure to let us know what you're training for or are concerned about.
If your question had to do with training or nutrition, how old are you, and how much do you weigh? These things are important when giving advice about weight lifting, cardio and other factors.
What is your training background? If you're just starting out, advice on specifics will be different than someone whos been at it years and wants to refine a skill. It doesn't help anyone to talk over your head or give basic instruction to someone whos been at the game for years, so be upfront about your training level.
Anything you think will help us grasp your situation and allow us to give the best adice possible is worth typing, and theres no such thing as too much information with training.
