i just dont see a guy at this point in his career, having accomplished so much, starting to cut weight this soon before an inevitable retirement. plus doing so would show that hes lost confidence and thats the kiss of death to a fighter.

Sounds ok, Randy did ok in LW, but I think Cro Cop is just getting to old and loosing his motivation (whatever that motivation is.) He was hoping for a free ride in the UFC but found its still difficult and is now frustrated what to do.

I wouldnt say that CC is getting to old he's only 33 he's not exactly a geezer. He could cut the weight to go to 205 but I dont think he would, I believe it would be a harder division for him to fight in, those guys are quicker and generally push a higher pace. CC dosnt like having the fight brought to him, thats his biggest down fall. If he's pushed it takes him out of his game and thats waiting and throwin the KO bomb. Without that he has nothin, he dosnt know how to fight any other way.

First of all, there's something called ring age...ask any fighter, they will tell you everyone only has a certain amount of fights in them. CC has fought more then almost any fighter (both in K1 and MMA), just look at his record, he never took time off, fighting many times in one year. He is a geezer in ring age.

And have you even seen any of his non-UFC fights? He is a kickboxer...he kickboxes, he doesn't run away from opponents, he waits to pick his shots. And Wandy pressured the hell out of him...look what happened. Many fighters pressured CC, its just that he actually used his kickboxing skills (especially boxing, he has some of the best hands in MMA, but you can't see that from his UFC fights) to counter and dismantle them. You're statement is 100% wrong about CC not wanting the fight to be brought to him. He's a counter-fighter. He LOVES the fight to be brought to him, that's how he fights. He counters. Sure he can press too (and when he does its absolutely devastating), but he is and always will be primarily based on countering.

And CC would annihilate everyone at 205...it wouldn't even be a challenge (that is if it's OWGP CC we're talking about, not the the lackluster CC shadow fighting in the UFC).

I think there may be a bonus in his cotract for head kicks. I think it might be a fairly substantial bonus and thats why we see him only looking for that head kick. Thats just something I notice he's doing to much and he's ignoring leg kicks and punches. He's just trying to beat up the body and then throw the high kick.

...hes very possibly one of the worst fighters on his back. at lhvy there are many takedowns artists. Rampage and Henderson could put him on his back in a minute.

I've be waiting to post on the debaucle of a fight CC and Kongo put on. I was very disapointed in CC's performance. But not as fairweather fan, but more of a older brother or disheartned father.

I dont know where his head is right now. He brought tremendous athletes to support and train w/him. Why would he spend the money to buy a cage if he didnt want to fight anymore?

Regardless of his weight class, he needs to get his "spark" back.

If LHW provides a new challenge for him, maybe that is the spark he needs.

He needs to surround himself w/other MMAists, not specialist. If you notice all the top level fighters now train with other MMAers. Yes they have specific dicipline coaces, but they spar w/other MMAists.

CC,

Call Fedor and go kick it w/him for a few months. Call Dana and say you wanna fight in December. This is your last fight on your contract. Go out with a Bang! Big Nog?

Yeah..he's so horrible, always GnP'd and subbed right, Fedor really did a lot of damage

Rampage and Henderson would take him down just like Coleman, Yoshida, Wandy, etc...right...
