The guy in your av is the toughest. I can't seem to remember his name but the man is 44 years old, has gotten all kinds of brutal beatdowns in the past, has failed to join the olympic team in wrestling after years of trying and pretty recently had a rough, rough divorce. And what does the man do!??! He starts fighting again, goes up a weight class a DOMINATES 2 top 10 fighters.
That guy is IMO the toughest SOB alive.

I dont think cabbage is a candidate here, just look at him fight Tank abbott, and you will see what i am talking about....
i still stand with my picks, Hunt, Big Nog, and to add a couple more, Don frye, the guy refuses to give up, Fujita, Wanderlei silva (he was practically blind from one eye when he fought cro cop, but never gave up, and just watch the mark hunt fight and tell me he isnt a tough guy)..

If that's your reason for the Gracies being tough, then you honestly haven't seen Don Frye in trouble.

My vote goes to Don Frye as well. Not only has he taken some horrifying beatings, but he won a decision against Ken Shamrock with two broken ankles, and even walked back to the dressing room under his own power.
That and he hit a guy so hard, the guy pissed himself.

Yeah Don Frye is pretty tough.. but he's an Arizonan, so it doesn't count because we're all made of the toughest stuff around. How else could we stand the heat??? Haha just kidding
