I know its a bit dated but was anyone else as surprised as me by the way Alexander got after it and thumped keith? I thought it was sweet.

Yeah it was cool but that fool tried saying he slipped when jardine clearly tagged him.but i especially liked it when he stood over him like a strait G.

Yeah I was suprised. Jardine is a solid fighter, and I had never heard of Alexander before. It was one of the best KO sessions I have ever seen. Hope he does it again tomorow night.

They have highlights of it on the UFC 75 website... Just click on Houston Alexanders profile, and it'll just start playing in the top corner... Maybe that'll help, probably on dailymotion as well...

I think the whole fight only lasted a few seconds anyway.
I remember in another forum, some guy had almost the entire Fedor-Zuluzinho match... as his avatar.

i thought it was quite stupid also, considering yeah, jardine tagged him and he looked rocked for a few seconds. after what keith said about him in pre-fight interviews, that he was pissed to be fighting a nobody, i think it was karma when alexander stood over him as though to say "who's keith jardine now?"

I wasn't nearly as impressed by Alexander as some were, Jardine is not a fantastic striker to begin, and and Alexander was just throwing wild haymakers. If he tries that against someone versed in striking (like say, the top 4 of the UFC LHW division; Rampage, Shogun, Wanderlei, Liddell) he will get wrecked!

if chuck gets injured or loses to jardine and liddell/silva can't happen in december, i'd like to see houston alexander take on silva. i think he'd get wrecked. this is if alexander beats sakara tonight, with another good KO, it'd hype him up quite well.
