i know this doesnt answer your question,but just to mention, Ricardo arona and Damian Maia(making his debut in UFC 77 i think) were both ADCC champs...i think RUSH was the one that mentioned mark coleman, and that reminded me of Mark kerr, i have no idea if he was an olympic wresteler, both he was damn good back in the day....
