Yes, it really is xthe_scottx posting here again. I've been in Basic Training for the past 9 weeks and still have five more weeks of Infantry training to go through. Then, I go to Airborne School which is another 3 weeks. I would post more but I'm using an extremely slow computer in the lobby of a hotel. Right now, I'm on a 36 hour pass and this has been my first chance to even visit the site in about 10 weeks. It's good to see that we still have some of the people the same people posting and that the site is now at nearly 9000 members. Expect me to start posting again around November when I get leave before I ship out to Fort Bragg where I'll be placed in the 82nd Airborne. Good luck to all in Season 2. I'll try to post a little tomorrow but we'll see if time permits.
PS I also like how there is now a bolded notice on the bottom to not post the same things and I'm sure people still do. Now it's time to make some picks.

You at Ft. Benning tryin to become an 11b? Sounds like it...
Good luck with that ;) I just finished out 4 years in the Army as an 11B. You'll have fun! One thing that will suck is you will miss a ton of PPV's thanks to the field and deployments!
