Norifumi Yamamato will be making his return against newcomer Bibiano Fernandes on the September 17th HERO'S card, which also features the middleweight Grand Prix finals.

Here's a HL video of MMA's p4p hardest hitter

For those who have been living under a rock, the '05 MWGP champion had left MMA for a run at Olympic gold in wrestling. However an unfortunate arm break crushed his chances at making the Japanese team for a shot in Beijing.

I can't wat to see Kid fight again. He should fight the winner of the Hero tournament. I know people are going to say that he should come to the WEC and fight Faber but I don't see him leaving K-1. They treat him like a god.

I really hope he can still hang. I'm sure he can, but there's something about leaving the game for a while that makes it hard to reclaim your former status. Not to say that it's a generalization over all MMA, but from what I've seen it is for a near majority.

Fair point, but it's not as if he's been entirely unactive.

I can't wait, he is an awesome fighter and if the UFC gets his contract, I think he could dominate the lightweight division.
