Hey guys,

Do you think you have what it takes to run your own stable of fighters? Are you looking for a good MMA Management sim?

Well look no further.

Deckagon is a great MMA Management game and I recommend it to you all. It is further explained here:
DECKAGON!

Looks intriguing, so I've decided to give it a whirl. I've played management sims for my other favorite sports, baseball and soccer, so why not MMA? No really sure how it works yet, though...

Trust me my friend, it is a good game. I'd suggest not wasting money of searching for a coach. I blew about three G's right off the bat doing that.

KInd of cool, but as soon as I hired a coach, I got nail with over 7G's "Misc expenditures" (in addition to the coaches salary) that ate the rest of my bankroll, WTF was that?????

It's the signing bonus for the coach, kind of sucks that it takes 75% of your starting cash

I registered my gym, Myrmidon Athletics, in "Amateur League #17."

I hired a mediocre wrestling & conditioning coach, but I took the first one who showed up at my door, so I didn't spend a ton. I also bought up a rowing machine and wall mirrors for my gym, so I now have less than £2k remaining. People on the boards say you should ditch your worst fighter in each weight class but, with a meet every weekend, I'm worried about piling up injuries, so I'm keeping all my guys.

Because I've entered the league mid-season, I was assigned to a formerly-automated team that had already accumulated a 10-2 record. So I'm in 1st place from day 1...

Heh. You're in my league. I've got a meet at your arena on the 25th. Same day as Couture-Gonzaga.

What I'd reccomend guys, is trying to save up money now and getting a star fighter. If you do this, you will get much more cash flow. Due to financial mistakes at the startup for me, I blew some money of coach shopping, and was unable to get a star. Hopefully, I can get a star fighter after this upcoming fight night(I will be bringing in atleast 2 grand from the gate), and then I can run shiz.

My team is WooDaKingIs?, and I also have no idea what I'm doing... I spent almost all my money...

Do you actually have to train the guys on here... or what... I set up my current fighter matchups (i think), but don't know how this shit is supposed to go down... Whateves

Cool. I'm in league 20. Gonna go the stand up route since most my fighters like stand up and the clinch. Got a cheap coach from chile to help in stand up and cardio.

Thanks for the link.

Well, my boys went 3-0 today in our first amateur meet.

*cracks knuckles*

All three of them got pretty bad injuries, though. A torn bicep, a shoulder dislocation, and a torn hamstring. I'm glad I didn't fire any of my trainees, I have a feeling I'm going to need all hands on deck...

And I'm giving a new Middleweight a tryout, but so far he's kind of a hoser. Oh well.
