Heath Herring will be taking some much needed time off and will be looking for a new training camp, as he stated in an interview with MMAWeeekly Radio recently.

I agree. If he would have been more agressive, I think he had that one in the bag.

If anybody deserves some time off to develop as a fighter it is Heath. He is only 29 years old and has 40 professional fights for crying out loud!
