That article was ludicrous. Where's Team Quest, MFS, or Jackson's camp? Although you can go to Japan to learn SAMBO, personally, I'd go to Russia. After all, it is a Russian martial art. If the the person who wrote this article ranked the top-5 overall camps in the world, he probably would've put some second-rate camp first and then not include Chute Box Academy or Brazilian Top Team.

both of those camps are kinda breaking up because alot of their fighters are coming to the US. So I could see it them not being ranked very high.
