(CBS) LOS ANGELES UFC's B.J. Penn had plenty to say about the state of mixed martial arts, his future in the UFC and even admitted that he held on to his chokehold a little longer than normal in his recent victory against Jens Pulver.
Jay Dee "B.J." Penn is an American professional mixed martial arts fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner.
He holds notable wins over Matt Hughes, Takanori Gomi, Matt Serra, Jens Pulver and Caol Uno.
