I would LOVE to see Aleks in the UFC. He's one of my favorite fighters, and he'd make for alot of exciting fights.

Who wouldn't? He was rumored to be signing a while back and it ended up being Cro Cop. At the time I did a thread about his history based on some research and an interview with him.

Based on his Sambo and MMA career timeline, He was probably a minor.

i really like watching his fights as well as his overall attitude. that interview just further confirmed that.

i love the way him and fedor act prior to a fight. that complete calm and lack of any need to get hyped up or anything else must be very disconcerting. hopefully aleks will continue to progress and if he gets more technical on the ground (which it sounds like he is given that he is going back to training from the ground up in sambo with a gi) and improves his cardio, the sky is the limit for him. a guy with his size, strength, and hands, coupled with the amazing emelianko quickness and agility for such big guys gives aleks unlimited potential.

not only that but he is a scary dude!! much more intimidating than some muscle cut greek god looking m-f'er.
