Matt Hughes. He's got the most impressive record I've probably ever seen in MMA, with most of his fights coming by stoppages. He's beaten everyone the UFC has thrown at him, he's probably the most dominant champion in UFC history, and he still has a few years left in him.

Just basing it off Title Fights and the list of people you gave, I would say Matt Hughes. There was a long streak when nobody could take his title.

I voted for Couture because he's the only man to beat Pedro Rizzo twice.

I hope that was a joke. And if you don't even know if he fought in the UFC or not, then you don't know anywhere near enough about Rickson to make that comment. Rickson isn't even top 50. His wins over mediocre competition didn't prove much, and he was too cowardly to face Sakuraba and avenge his family name.

Anyway, to the topic at hand, Hughes no doubt. No one has the consistency against the level of opposition that Hughes had (his record speaks for itself). His time at the top is legendary and may even not be over.

UFC Record:

Randy Couture - 12-5
Tito Ortiz - 14-5-1
Matt Hughes - 15-3

UFC Decisions/Total Fights:

Randy Couture - 4 decisions out of 17 fights
Tito Ortiz - 7 decisions out of 20 fights
Matt Hughes - 4 decisions out of 18 fights

Title Fights:

Randy Couture - 7-5
Tito Ortiz - 6-4
Matt Hughes - 9-2

Isn't the obvious answer Matt Hughes who was in the most stacked division? Matt's win list is a who's who list.

CORRECT ME IF ANY OF MY INFO IS INCORRECT
