Just want to thank everyone for everything.
I appreciate everything from my early days as CantAndleDaRiddum to the mods that let me come back after I grew up and learned to be less of an asshole online.
I appreciate all the Side Game creators and players that gave me more reasons to be obsessed with this site 24/7 and all the other forum members that once talked to me daily when this place was popping.
I also appreciate the few of you that have hung around and continue to do so. This site wouldn't have made it this long without your contributions.
I'm sorry I haven't been able to do more in recent years. Life finally caught up with me.
I don't watch mma much anymore. Moving to the Eastern Time Zone and switching to a normal day job with normal hours are partly to blame, but there's too much to keep up with and too many events for myself to stay invested.
Plus, there's too many negative things like fighter pay, Dana White, double standards, idiotic stars, USADA, etc to make me want to stay invested.
It's been fun mmaplayground. I skipped my picks on the last event on purpose bc I just don't care anymore. Im sure i'll check in to the big tentpole events but im done making picks.
Take care all,
PF

It's weird how some slowly become disinterested in mma...I myself will never get tired of it, I watch every fight of every ufc event practically and never get sick of it.
Good luck buddy !

It’s been great, Poor_Franklin! I appreciated interacting with you, regardless of which handle you were under.
I had been missing my picks for the last many seasons, sometimes missing half the events in a season. Sometimes more. When I was a young kid in my 20’s, MMA was life. There was nothing I looked forward to more on a Saturday than making my picks, and watching the fights with friends.
Now in my 30’s, all my friends are married with kids, we don’t have the get together we used to, and work definitely conflicts with the UFC’s schedule sometimes I still try and watch as much as I can. But it’s hard to keep up now with adult life. I don’t have a job where I can be on MMAPG all day anymore, haven’t for years, so that has made it hard to keep up with my activity here over the years....
I feel where you are coming from 100% PF. Hope a little break will rekindle the passion. Either way, hope to keep in touch on Twitter. Wishing you the best brother!

I never would have said the same 4-5 years ago, but totally understand more and more lately, and have gone through the same the last few years. Life gets in the way, and then other things in the sport make it hard to watch at times. Good luck man
