what fromula were you thinkin of getting, a protien mix, or a fat burner..etc.
personally i think your paying more for the name.i use muscle milk...ive seen good results.

i never hear any hype over it... it seems to be used mostly by mma fans. imo bsn, universal, cytosport, and controlled labs seem to be the best products out right now... especially controlled labs, that company seems to be extremely popular with their green mag creatine product

I am on BodyFortress Creatine. I take it after a good workout. ! month is all I have worked out.Bench max was 115 now is 135 and building.

its overpriced man!! its just the name your paying for really i used the fatburners and it did not help i also used the noc and testosterone they did not work either,i started on vita sport supplements and i was benching 225 before 5 times 3 months later i am nw doing 285 7 times.
