Tyron Woodley is serious about this Nate Diaz fight. He appeared on TMZ’s “The Hollywood Beatdown” to express his feelings towards Diaz, revealing that he signed the contract given him- all that remains is for Diaz to come to terms with the UFC. Woodley used the classic Diaz line, “Don’t be scared, homie” to accuse the younger Diaz brother of being... scared.

In my opinion, this is a stupid fight. When I heard about the fight, I just assumed they meant Nick. I can see that fight, but Nate makes no sense at all. Don't expect the fight to happen as I expect Nate to hold out for Connor.

No, it's objectively stupid. No need to consider personal bias.

Idk Who's more desperate for a big fight. Woodly or De La Hoya

It's Woodly. Because I guarantee this is 100% coming from him. There's about a 0% chance of Nate Diaz being interested in fighting a much bigger wrestler for a much smaller payday than his last fight. Not a chance in hell. This is Woodly AGAIN desperately trying to get paid and coming off as borderline pathetic.

At the end of the day there aren't many people buying cards because they want to see Woodly do his thing. At least not in his extended family...

For all his ability and demonstrated performance, Woodley is becoming a paper champion. Diaz ain't earned shit.

I think it'd be hilarious if Nate leaves the cage with the belt due to relentless pressure, then he rematches Conor as a champ vs champ freakshow.

I'm sure that's what the UFC is praying will happen, Nate wins the belt and gives Conor a chance at becoming the first 3-division champion.... It also gives Georges more of a money fight to drop down for, since no one cares to see Woodley. With Nate as WW champ, the UFC has good options with Conor and Georges for money fights and 'money fights' seem to be what the UFC is most interested in right now.

Agreed one million percent. I get money is nice but I wish I had a better PR team to let him know how desperate he sounds constantly trying to fight the Diaz bros and Conor.

Nate Diaz is NOT the money fight...I love the Diaz Bros too but this is just the facts. GSP and Conor hold that distinction.
