UG hero Ian ‘Uncle Creepy’ McCall had his third fight in a row canceled on the eve of the event.

At UFC 201 in July opponent Justin Scoggins failed to make his contracted weight and the fight was scrapped. At UFC 203 in September opponent Ray Borg became ill and the fight was scrapped. This time it was McCall who became ill. McCall is currently in the hospital recovering.

This is borderline comical and unreal at this point. Dude can't get a fight and when he finally stays healthy, rare, his opponent pulls out.

Not to kick McCall when he's down but I remember a lot of comments criticizing both Ray Borg when he pulled out due to illness and also Scoggins when he misssed weight.

This time it's McCall that had to pull out. Going all the way back to 2011 against when Uncle Creepy was suppose to fight Moraga @ UFC on Fox 4, he's only fought 4 Times since.

He has had 8 fights cancelled. 6 of them have been McCall's fault. Moraga, Jorgensson, Pickett, Lineker (the first booking), Ortiz and now Seery. So when someone like Borg or Scoggins ruins his chances by pulling out I can't feel bad for him or give those guys any criticism because McCall has ruined it much, much, much more for his opponents.

But I do agree what a string of bad luck.

I think the dude should just keep selling pot and leave the sport alone. He can't stay healthy, and has expressed a lack of desire to compete so fuck it...worse than Thiago Alves and Dominic Cruz combined.

Gotta feel for Seery here, this was supposed to be his last fight and at home too...
