Neither Tito Ortiz or Rashad Evans will face another opponent before they have a rematch later this year. The rematch is expected to happen this fall with The Star-Ledger in New Jersey speculating that it may happen at the UFC tentatively scheduled for November at Newarkâs Prudential Center. While the rematch would surely be a welcome and solid addition to a PPV card there is speculation that the fight may headline a free Spike TV event. Since the original fight happened just days ago the details on the rematch will likely not be available for sometime although November or December appear to be the months the UFC is targeting for the rematch. What will happen when they fight again and who will win this time.

If its free on spike I would be into it if it's a pay fight my excitment would be much lower. Well unless they made it 1 round to the death!

I hope that the rematch is nothing like the first one. Both Tito and Rashad talked a big game, but did not do much about it. Jackson has got to get Rashad to let his punched go more and Tito has to stop laying on Rashad and show the GnP that he can do.

If Rashad lets his hands go and steps up his aggression he will dominate Tito, give the guy a break it was his 1st big fight and he was nervous.

No one gets any breaks for that fight. Not Tito not Rashad. They both sucked.

tito sucked.. and it made me sad. Rashad was as unspectacular as i thought he would be. He's not a top tier fighter, he's built up his record against very medeocre fighters and he knows that. Once the 3rd round ended he had a huge smile on his face.. and he knew that the best case senario was a draw. Thats not the mentality of a confident fighter who thinks he should've won or done better.. he knew that he survived tito, but if thats the extent of his ability, he's not a top tier fighter.

I kind of miss his GnP. They need a sudden death match, have people throw random weapons in the cage, kind of like medival times, maybe a horse
