Who is training this guy? He's doing it completely wrong

You're right, no wonder he's injured constantly. I don't care if this was the first time doing that, he could have easily fucked up his back right there. Who knows how often he's just training incorrectly after seeing that. Eye opening stuff right there.

Lol. Seems like a deadlift would be more effective or a lower weight. How do you call that a kettle ball swing when you aren't really swinging the kettle ball? Hopefully he doesn't pull out of 200.
