A rumored UFC 74 fight between B.J. Penn (11-4-1 MMA, 7-3-1 UFC) and Diego Sanchez (17-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) that Sherdog.com first reported yesterday is not going to happen, according to Penn’s camp.

It seemed to be a short time period between fights for someone moving up in weight classes. Hopefully this fight will happen in the future.

I think it will prolly happen this is why the welter weight class is so amazing it can have so many different match ups that have amazing potential and excite people. Bj Vs Sanchez would be a nice watch i think if BJ is the BJ that fought Jens he would beat Sanchez but after coming off a loss Diego is gonna be motivated and ready to start a new streak but against BJ i don't see it starting with him.
