Swick was one of my first favorites. It's sad to him go but I'm thankful I had the opportunity to watch him throughout his career. It's been fun.

It's a shame Swick had to deal with some of the health issues he did. The sport ended up passing him by. He still managed to have a very good career with the UFC, being 1 fight away from a title shot in two different divisions. The old school fans won't forget those runs he made. I wish him the best

Good career but also a good call on the retirement.

Did he retire at 170? Cause I've said for years it dried him up too much. He was always a gamer at 185 even when out muscled.

Very few fighters get a move named after them.

Glad he knew when to hang it up...very depressing Diego and Kos are the only ones left from TUF 1 still fighting and even they don't have much left

I feel like an old fan at 27 being how its been over 10 years since TUF 1

I rather see him retire willingly instead of getting retired. Good career, lets focus on coaching now.
