Probably what's best for the team. Hes to the point where his club is so big he needs to be the general and has the staff he can trust to keep the guys in line. Good for him.

Someone I deff expect to see in the new hof shortly after his retirement. Fought for a ufc belt way back when against Pat Militech & then built one of the best camps in the world. I'd argue the best ever non u.s based camp but that's debatable. Either way good for him letting his intentions be known this in advance
