I say Sherk via GnP stoppage in the 3rd round. Spencer is one tough SOB, so I'll say he lasts until the third.

If Fisher can come in like he did against Stout (the second time) I dunno. Any less though and he gets murdered via relentless takedowns and GnP.

fisher would do good if he fought the way he did against stout, but sherk is just to good of a wrestler, he would gnp for a tko win.

I think Sherk's shots are too fast for Fisher to stop , and he would be GnPed to a UD.
