Ronda Rousey claimed she can beat any BJJ females regardless of weight class, now several of these jiujitsu champions respond and want to take her up on that challenge.

Love it.

Would be nice if that 12 year old boy did show up to get fed some humility.

Back it up Ronda. I'm sure the BJJ would love the exposure of having you there and the WBJJ Champs would love to roll with you.

I really am a big fan of the Diaz brother. However - I think Ronda has been hanging around them too much and she seems to have turned into more of a B since then...

with that said, in a BJJ match, there are plenty women who will beat Rousey...maybe MMA she'd win, but there are plenty of BJJ women that would beat her

Yup.

Rousey does a great job of distracting with her striking, throwing, and then moving right into a sub.

In BJJ, there'd be no threat of anything except grappling, and her submissions would be telegraphed and fairly straightforward to defend against.

She's kind of a one trick pony.

She obviously wouldn't beat everyone but a lot of people say the same thing. As a fighter you have to have confidence in yourself first and foremost and if you don't believe you can do it, nobody else is going to. I definitely think she can hold her own in a lot of weight classes and probably even win the majority of matches but she would lose as well. I think people are just jumping on anything Ronda says now because of her popularity.

There's a fine line between confidence and arrogance when it comes to expressing yourself. A confident person would feel secure in the knowledge of their own ability. An arrogant person would feel the need to receive validation from others, either positive or negative. Rousey is a clear case of the latter as she seems to value conceit over class.
