As someone who has tattoos this is ridiculous. Carlos paid for that tattoo so it's his artwork. What's next the artist sues Carlos and the UFC for not paying him $ every time he fights and you can see the tattoo on TV?!?!?

I remember a similar case when Rashid Wallace (or Nike I can't remember which) was sued by his tattoo artist when his arm (and stupid tribal sun tattoo) was featured prominently in an ad. Ridiculous.
