Old wounds run deep as the scars left by Carlos Condit's tattoo lawsuit kept his body work out of EA's new game.

As someone who has tattoos this is ridiculous. Carlos paid for that tattoo so it's his artwork. What's next the artist sues Carlos and the UFC for not paying him $ every time he fights and you can see the tattoo on TV?!?!?

I remember a similar case when Rashid Wallace (or Nike I can't remember which) was sued by his tattoo artist when his arm (and stupid tribal sun tattoo) was featured prominently in an ad. Ridiculous.
