Ross Pearson was in Albuquerque, N.M., last weekend to fight Diego Sanchez at UFC Fight Night 42. It's pretty obvious that the hometown cooking didn't sit well with "Real Deal" then ... or now.

No thanks, UFC should just give Ross a fighter higher up on the food chain and give him someone who will not whirlwind punches for Ws. lol

I don't really want to see a rematch, just reverse the decision... I'll forever be pissed off about that result.

It's funny how guys like Diego and clay guida were such an appeal and maybe still do to some. But for me I want to see a wizard at work not a bar room brawl. Move on i am tired of rematches.

Ross needs to move on and if he still continues to fight, Diego needs to become a low level gate keeper. Just curious has Dana White commented on the decision or did they give Ross his win bonus anyways? Usually he berates the judges and sometimes the UFC steps up and pays the screwed party, but seems odd that I havent heard him complain about this one or about Ross getting paid. I could have missed it though. I know Diego is his boy, but come on, he needs to be consistent.

I can understand why he wants a rematch. And he should get it. The judges screwed him over. He probably won't though. He beats Sanchez 9 out of 10 times.

I mentioned in my camp discussion that Pearson would take a UD because of his striking volume and striking defense. He did just that.

Albuquerque was in the house on that decision. Evan Diego questioned the 30-27 score.

It sucks his record is marred like it is from this decision, but I'd say no way to a rematch simply because the entire MMA world knows who won that fight and won;t soon forget it. Move on to the bigger and better things you deserve Ross.

Dana has now come out condeming the decision and the UFC is paying Ross his win bonus. Props to Dana and the UFC on this one.
