A successful Twitter campaign has landed “The Ultimate Fighter Nations: Canada vs. Australia” semifinalist Kajan Johnson an official UFC fight.

Johnson suffered a knockout loss to teammate Chad Laprise in the “TUF” semifinal round, and fans were critical of the Team Canada coaching staff for their perceived favoritism of Laprise. Johnson’s supporters then used Twitter to badger UFC officials into giving him a fight.

And it apparently worked.

Johnson (19-10-1 MMA, 0-0 UFC) is now slated to fight fellow lightweight Tae Hyun Bang (16-8 MMA, 0-1 UFC) at UFC 174, officials today announced.

Me too. Especially after what his team put him through. It's a very winnable fight for him too.

When he lost broke his jaw. I felt so bad for the guy. No one cornered him. You can see a broken a man
