The London office of McDermott Will & Emery has won the lead role on a High Court trademark dispute over the rights to the Ultimate Fighting Championship name.

Whenever Cage Rage advertise PPV's on tv (well, on Bravo) they always make a point of having the irritating voice over saying "Ultimate Fighting is here", with a massive stress on the words "ulitmate fighting", perhaps in the hope that they can piggy back on the UFC a little bit and that some misguided goons might accidentally buy a Cage Rage PPV when they want to see UFC.
I always thought they would/should end up being called out on it.
