After the scheduled middleweight title fight was scrapped due to injury, Barao has the chance to defend his undisputed 135 lb. belt against Dillashaw on May 24.

May be worst title fight ever for me on paper
Then again never seen a bantamweight title fight. At least main event is a title fight and tickets will be cheap.
I still think ufc needs to add one more fight to ppv and move mizugaki off the card.
Add schaub vs hunt
Or even Joe lauzon vs miles jury

If TJ fights anything like he did against Easton it will be entertaining.

Baroa is picking up where Cruz left off. Running through those alpha bros.

I like this fight and this goes from a show I would easily pass on to one I'm looking forward to watching. We all know that Dillashaw beat Assuncao anyways and he deserves this. That being said Barao will add another highlight reel finish to his record here.

Little early for T.J IMO but will be rooting for him! He was to be fighting Mazugaki and now instead fights Bararo? Yikes!

Hope T.J can shock the world!

I honestly didn't see this one coming but it should still be an awesome fight. Dillashaw is definitely a tough fight for anyone.

Might be tough to give away tickets to this show.

I'm actually stoked for this fight. My initial thought was that Assuncao was next in line and deserves it but since he's injured I think this makes sense. I mean, most people did score the fight between them for Dillashaw and if he had got the nod there he definitely would be in this position anyway. I think TJ can give Barao a run for his money but not confident enough to pick him.

It would be hilarious and maybe even a little sad if Dillashaw was somehow able to be the first TAM to hold a UFC belt.

I think I scored Dillashaw-Assuncao for Raphael, but then again I picked him, so my pick bias may warrant a re-watch. Either way, TJ certainly would have to be considered the most qualified contender, either above or below Assuncao.

TJ put on an amazing show against Easton, and he improves with every fight. However, so does Barao. No matter how this scrap plays out, this should be great. Love seeing those champs stay active too!

Personally I'd rather see Mizugaki, but can't blame the UFC for giving it to Dillashaw.

I don't think anyone at 135 can threaten Barao anyways. He goes about 8 rounds in a row in practice, each round against a fresh fighter. Anyone that can fight 30 minutes straight and still beat a fresh Dantas, and Sandro (among others) is a force to be reckoned with. They go full pace too.

I hope TJ can make it exciting, but with Bang gone from Alpha Male I see TJ trying to make it a grappling match and getting K.O'd fairly early on in the fight.

Edit: oh yeah, Bang hasn't left the gym yet. I still see TJ getting knocked out
